SimCorp A/S announces that pursuant to section 6 of Executive Order no. 1442 of 13 December 2013 on Issuers' Disclosure Obligations the total nominal value of SimCorp A/S' share capital is DKK 41,500,000 at the end of June 2014, which is made up of 41,500,000 shares of a nominal value of DKK 1 each, corresponding to 41,500,000 votes.
