SimCorp A/S – Share buyback program
On 19 August 2015 SimCorp A/S announced a share buyback program in compliance with the provisions of Commission Regulation No. 2273/2003 of 22 December 2003, also referred to as the “Safe Harbour”.
In connection with the program SimCorp A/S will repurchase shares for an amount of up to EUR 15.0m (approx. DKK 111.9m) in the period from 25 August 2015 to 19 February 2016.
The following transactions have been executed under the program:

Following above purchases, SimCorp holds 1,316,889 treasury shares corresponding to 3.17% of the share capital.
Purchases for an amount of EUR 4.3m (approx. DKK 32.4m) remain to be executed under the program.
