SimCorp A/S – Share Buyback Program - correction
SimCorp A/S has received information from Danske Bank A/S that there were errors in their reporting of yesterday concerning transactions under the share buyback program. The reporting showed purchases of 4,566 shares too many in the period 28 August to 30 August 2013. The correct reporting is shown below:
On 27 August 2013, SimCorp A/S announced a share buyback program in accordance with the provisions of Commission Regulation No. 2273/2003 of 22 December 2003, also referred to as the “Safe Harbour”.
In connection with the program SimCorp A/S will repurchase shares for an amount of up to EUR 20.0m (approx. DKK 149.2m) in the period from 28 August 2013 to 24 Februar 2014.
Since the last announcement the following transactions have been executed under the program:
