SimCorp A/S sells the IT2 business

SimCorp A/S sees an advantage in focussing on the Group's activities on the
investment management area and has therefore decided to accept an offer from
funds managed by the Nordic private equity investor CapMan to buy the Group's
IT2 business, SimCorp Treasury Solutions Ltd.
