SimCorp completes the acquisition of data management software provider AIM Software
Company announcement no. 33/2019
As announced in Company Announcement No. 21/2019, SimCorp has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in AIM Holding SCA and its subsidiaries (AIM Software). Today, the acquisition of AIM Software has been completed and accordingly, SimCorp A/S is now legal owner of 100% of the shares in AIM Software.
Following the acquisition, AIM Software will be fully integrated into SimCorp. Its product GAIN will be renamed SimCorp Gain and become a core component of SimCorp’s future data management offering.
