SimCorp's Annual Report 2007

Today, SimCorp's Board of Directors reviewed and approved the Group's annual
report 2007. The annual report shows among other things that the company posted
the best results in SimCorp's history with an EBIT of EUR 38.4m (DKK 286m) and
an EBIT margin of 24.5%. Revenue increased 23% to EUR 157m (DKK 1.2bn). 

The annual report has been submitted to OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen in full
as an electronic document. The annual report is also available for download
from SimCorp's website www.simcorp.com, as are single statements from Q4 2007. 

SimCorp's Executive Management Board will present the annual report at an
investor meeting to be held on Friday, 29 February 2008 at 9:00 a.m. at OMX
Nordic Exchange Copenhagen, Nikolaj Plads 6, 1067 Copenhagen K. The meeting
will be open to the public. An electronic meeting facility has been set up
through webcast (http://webcast.zoomvision.se/denmark/clients/simcorp/080229/)
where it will be possible to ask questions online via email.
