SimCorp's Financial calendar 2009

SimCorp A/S has scheduled the following dates in 2009 for the annual general
meeting, payout of dividend and for the release of financial reports: 
• 26 February 2009 - Publication of annual report 2008
• 31 March 2009 - Annual general meeting
• 6 April 2009 - Expected date for payout of dividend
• 20 May 2009 - Publication of interim financial report, Q1 2009
• 26 August 2009 - Publication of interim financial report, H1 2009
• 19 November 2009 - Publication of interim financial report, first nine months
of 2009 
As the interim reports will be published in immediate continuation of the board
meetings that will be held in the afternoon in 2009, the interim reports are
expected to be sent out in the late afternoon.
