The announcement is based on the delivery of shares to board members and executives on 23 February 2016.
In accordance with the remuneration policy approved at the annual general meeting, the Board of Directors (as employees in SimCorp A/S) and Executive Management Board have been granted restricted stock units in SimCorp A/S. In accordance with the principles in the programs, the Board of Directors has on 22 February evaluated that the conditions for delivery of the shares have been fulfilled.
In accordance with the remuneration policy approved at the annual general meeting, the Board of Directors has been granted shares in SimCorp A/S. The shares to be transferred to the members after publication of the annual report for 2015.
