Deconstruct achieve C2E Accreditation
Deconstruct (UK) Limited, the provider of specialist demolition and site enablement contracting services have been awarded the C2E (Committed to Equality) Accreditation following a detailed audit at their organisation in July.
Scoring 83%, the C2E advisor awarding the accreditation was impressed with Deconstruct’s policies and procedures and in particular, the strong level of leadership that is continually demonstrated by company senior staff and champions within the business.
Deconstruct Group Chairman, Paul Ford said:
“Our people are our biggest assets; we pride ourselves on retaining talented individuals and have a strong commitment to further develop our equality and diversity capabilities.”
He went on to say:
“We have a high level of activities taking place outside the business as well, in support of wider-community-based initiatives. Our team of champions will enable us to better our audit score by promoting best practice and C2E at all times.”
The accreditation will be reviewed every 12 months.
