Derisk LLP has appointed Robin Nower as Director of Derisk (H&S) LLP
In line with business growth plans, health and safety risk management consultancy Derisk LLP has appointed an additional Director to the Board. Robin Nower joins Derisk from Ayerst Environmental and is set to deliver asbestos risk management support to the entire existing Derisk client base. Duties include developing strategies for the development of management systems and providing robust control measures. His appointment brings significant opportunity to expand their existing client base.
Robin is a well-respected Asbestos Consultant, Quality and Technical Manager and Director and has been a key figure within the asbestos industry since 1999, at Director level since 2001. His core specialisms include the provision of asbestos management solutions, consultancy, training, and remediation project management to blue chip organisations that commonly have large portfolios of properties.
Robin holds the British Occupation Hygiene Society (BOHS) Certificate of Competence in Asbestos which is, effectively, the highest recognised asbestos specific occupation hygiene qualification. In addition, he holds the NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health at distinction level, and consults to all parties within CDM (Construction Design Management) projects on asbestos risk management issues.
