Structural warranty provider makes key appointment
Insurance broker Sennocke International has appointed Ashleigh Poore to take charge of its intermediary business within its specialist latent defect unit, Build-Zone with immediate effect. He will be responsible for handling and expanding the current wholesale business portfolio, which continues to grow on the back of Build-Zone’s expansion into the latent defects market.
Poore is an internal promotion from sister operation Self-Build Zone where he was Team Leader, responsible for customer accounts, latent defect and construction underwriting. He was also heavily involved in the delivery of an important white labelled solution to a key partner in the self-build sector.
Director Simon Middleton who heads up the units said:

Michael Carrington, who has been a valuable member of the self-build team since he joined in 2010 has replaced Ashleigh, as Self-Build Zone Team Leader.
