DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS RELATED TO AGM MAY 6th 2010

In connection with the Annual General Meeting of Simrad Optronics ASA to be held May 6th 2010, Jon Asbjørn Bø, President and CEO of Simrad Optronics ASA has received proxy based voting rights for 19.094.696 shares, representing 26,7% of the share capital and votes in the company. After having received these proxies, Jon Asbjørn Bø and related companies collectively will represent 22 523 890 shares, representing 31,5% of the share capital and votes in the company. The proxies are without voting instructions and are valid only for the Annual General Meeting May 6th 2010. As a result of the mentioned proxies, Jon Asbjørn Bø has exceeded the disclosure requirement limit of 30% of the shares in the company.
