LETTER OF INTENT - TURN KEY ACTIVE FIRE FIGHTING SOLUTION IN THE MIDDLE EAST

Simtronics ASA has through the Middle East Branch Office in Dubai received a Letter of Intent (LOI) for delivery of a turn key active fire fighting solution in the Middle East. The final order is expected to be signed within July 2009. The total value of the LOI is in excess of MNOK 34 and delivery will take place during 1H 2010. The work will be executed by Simtronics ASA’s subsidiary Water Mist Engineering AS. This is the largest single order ever received by Water Mist Engineering AS.
