Tinde AS, a company controlled by Mr Kjetil Sivertsen - Managing Director of Water Mist Engineering AS, a daughter company of Simtronics ASA, has today, 18 September 2008, bought 101.000 shares in Simtronics ASA at an average price pr share of NOK 2,92. After the transaction Kjetil Sivertsen, directly or indirectly, controls 443.235 shares in Simtronics ASA.
