Tinde AS, a company controlled by Mr Kjetil Sivertsen – Managing Director of Water Mist Engineering AS, a daughter company of Simtronics ASA, has today, 07 October 2008, bought 140.000 shares in Simtronics ASA at an average price pr share of NOK 2,1786. After the transaction Kjetil Sivertsen, directly or indirectly, controls 601.000 shares in Simtronics ASA.
