NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING IN SIMTRONICS ASA

An extraordinary general meeting in Simtronics ASA is hereby convened for 8 March 2011 at 15:00 hours in the company’s offices in Kabelgaten 4 B, Økern Næringspark, Oslo.

Autronica has today announced a voluntary offer for all shares of the company at a purchase price of NOK 1.90 per share. Autronica has in an agreement with the company required as a condition for the offer that the company shall summon an extraordinary general meeting to resolve an amendment of the conversion price pursuant to the convertible loan agreement to the same price as provided in the offer; NOK 1.90 per share.

The amendment of the conversion price is subject to the offer being completed by Autronica by purchase of those shares being accepted sold pursuant to the offer.
