REGISTRATION OF SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE

As previously announced the company has issued 4,303,370 new shares to Fire Eater Holding A/S as final settlement for the Fire Eater A/S transaction. The share capital increase following from the issuance of new shares has now been registered in the Register of Business Enterprises and the company has following the registration a share capital of NOK 9,508,788.56 divided on 65,058,124 shares with a par value of NOK 0.146158358. The new shares are subject to a 12 months lock-up.
