Change of Number of Shares and Votes in SinterCast

[Stockholm,  30 December 2010] - With  reference to Chapter  4, section 9 of the
Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (SFS 1991:980), it is hereby announced
that  the number of shares and votes  in SinterCast AB increased during December
2010, following  the exercise  of the  first 15% of  the warrants in the current
Employee Stock Option Programme.

Following  the  registration  of  the  shares  received  in conjunction with the
exercise  of the series 2009-13 warrants, as  conducted by the Swedish Companies
Registration  Office, the number of shares and votes in SinterCast has increased
by  45,000 to 6,975,653.  Prior to  the warrant exercise,  there were 6,930,653
SinterCast shares and an equal number of votes.

75% higher tensile strength, 45% higher stiffness and approximately double the
