Exercise price established for employee stock option programFollowing the approval of the SinterCast employee stock option program at the 24 May 2006 Annual General Shareholder meeting, the exercise price at which the subscription of shares can take place has been established at SEK 121. This exercise price is equal to 150% of the average volume-weighted price paid for one SinterCast share on the Stockholm Stock Exchange on each trading day during the period 1-15 June 2006. The employee options expire on 31 January 2010 and convey the right to subscribe to shares from and including 1 November 2009 until 31 January 2010, on the condition that the option-holder has not been terminated from his or her position prior to 31 December 2008, or that the employee has not voluntarily left the Company before 1 November 2009. The options cannot be transferred.
