pressmeddelande I enlighet med bolagsstämmans beslut den 8 maj 2000 beträffande utgivande av förlagslån med avskiljbara optionsrätter, har SinterCast Technologies AB, ett helägt dotterbolag till SinterCast AB (publ), tecknat förlagslånet om nominellt värde 1.000 kronor förenat med 250.000 avskiljbara optionsrätter. Varje avskiljbar optionsrätt ger rätt att under perioden 9 maj - 30 juni 2003 teckna en ny A-aktie i SinterCast AB för 82 kronor. SinterCast Technologies har avskiljt optionsrätterna och överlåtit 178.000 optionsrätter till anställda i SinterCastgruppen. Resterande optionsrätter kommer att behållas av SinterCast Technologies AB som en reserv för nyanställningar i SinterCastgruppen samt för att täcka kommande sociala avgifter relaterade till optionsprogrammet. Vid fullt utnyttjande av optionsrätterna kommer SinterCast att tillföras 20,5 miljoner kronor. Each detachable warrant entitles the holder to subscribe during the period 9 May - 30 June 2003 to one new A-share in SinterCast AB with an exercise price of SEK 82. SinterCast Technologies AB has detached the warrants and transferred 178,000 warrants to the employees of the SinterCast group. The remaining warrants will be kept by SinterCast Technologies AB as a reserve for new employees and to cover future expenses for national insurance contributions related to the option program. At a maximum utilisation of the warrants SinterCast will receive SEK 20.5 million.
