The Annual General Meeting of SinterCast AB (publ) will be held on Monday 8 May 2000 at 15:00, at the premises of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA), Grev Turegatan 16, Stockholm. A customary notice will be advertised in accordance with the Articles of Association. The Preliminary Financial Report for 1999 will be published on 22 February 2000. The Interim Report January - March will be published on 8 May 2000. The Interim Report January - June will be published on 23 August 2000. The Interim Report January - September will be published on 14 November 2000. A Shareholders' Day will be arranged at SinterCast Technologies AB, Katrineholm on 7June 2000.
