[Stockholm, 19 May 2020] – The Annual Report for 2019 – in English and Swedish versions – has been approved by the Board of Directors of SinterCast. The report includes the CEO Message, the Director’s Report, the Corporate Governance Report and the Financial Statements.
The Annual General Meeting 2020 of SinterCast AB (publ) will be held at 15:00 on Tuesday 23 June 2020 at the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA), Grev Turegatan 16, Stockholm.
