Regent Street, London W1, welcomes the introduction of new menswear shops to its southern end, bringing the total number of menswear focused stores in Regent Street to over fifty.  An exciting portfolio of brand new shops located on Brewer Street, just off Regent Street, forms part of The Crown Estate’s Q3 development.

Brands which constitute the line-up include heritage labels Wolsey (est.1755) known for their men’s hosiery and underwear, and Woolrich (est.1830) synonymous for providing outdoor clothing for 180 years. Californian footwear brand UGG will be opening their UK flagship store on the Prow, a prominent position facing London’s vibrant Piccadilly. Jack Spade originally founded in SoHo NY, makes its transatlantic journey to open its first UK store, after making its name designing functional messenger bags and luggage. Exclusive menswear brand Stone Island has moved just a few hundred meters to join this novel set of shops. Their debut will complement the heritage brands, such as Austin Reed, Jaeger and Brooks Brothers, which already reside in the area.

The world’s largest Burberry is also set to open on Regent Street in June, boasting an extensive range of luxury menswear. On the Regent Street curve Superdry has recently opened its largest store in the world and will soon be joined by trendy label Hollister.

These new additions of menswear outlets to the area will no doubt boost increased male shopper interest, already heightened by the arrival of international flagship stores along Regent Street, including Apple and Ferrari.

The new collective of stores will also open to coincide with London’s welcoming of menswear press and buyers from around the world for the very first Men’s Fashion Week, The London Collection: Men.
