Delisting of SIX AB

The Board of Directors resolved to delist SIX AB (publ)’s Class B share from First North on
November 25, 2008.

First North has today granted SIX AB (publ)’s request to delist and decided that the last day of
trading with SIX AB (publ)’s class B share shall be December 12, 2008.
