Ecovision signs big contract with Handelsbanken regarding financial information feed

Ecovision and Handelsbanken have signed an agreement where Ecovision becomes new provider of financial information to Handelsbanken’s Internet and intranet services. Ecovision will provide a feed with Swedish and international price information, fundamental data and mutual funds to Handelsbanken’s Internet and intranet services. Further, Handelsbanken will display financial news from Ticker News Agency. The users are Handelsbanken’s Internet customers and Handelsbanken staff. Through the acquisition of Newmedia, Ecovision is already since several years, the provider of development and operations of Handelsbanken’s financial Internet services. The co-operation between Handelsbanken and Ecovision is now further increased. The new agreement between Ecovision and Handelsbanken starts on July 1st 2006 when Ecovision replaces the present provider SIX. The Ecovision Group has the following product groups: Ecovision ProTrader – with real-time financial information, Ecovision Newmedia - developing and operating customized trade- and information services, Ecovision Finansanalys with financial data to the media sector and the Ticker News Agency, with real-time news for the financial markets. Ecovision group revenue in 2004 amounted to 60,5 million SEK and the operating result was 3,9 million SEK.
