Skandigen acquires more shares in MYDATA which becomes a subsidiary Industriförvaltnings AB Skandigen has on November 26, 1999 acquired shares in MYDATA automation AB corresponding to 5.3 percent of capital and votes. Skandigen earlier holds 47.6 percent in MYDATA through the subsidiary G. Kall- strom & Co AB. Skandigen owns 70 percent in Kallstrom. The total holding after the acquisition is 52.9 percent, which follows that MYDATA becomes a subsidi- ary in the Skandigen group. MYDATA automation AB develops, manufactures and markets advanced equipment for surface mounting of electronic components on printed circuit boards. Net sales for January - September amounted to MSEK 317 and income after net financial items was MSEK 12.5.
