Skandigen's new name Skanditek is registered

Skandigen's new name Skanditek is registered Skandigen's extraordinary general meeting on January 10 decided to change name to Skanditek Industriförvaltning AB. The name is now registered at the Patent and Registration Office. The changeover to the new name and new graphic design will take place on Tuesday February 1. "Skanditek is a name which better reflects our business. From being a pure biotech company, the scope of activities is now considerably broaden. The focus is now on IT, electronics and advanced industrial components", says Patrik Tigerschiöld, president. Trade in the share on the OM Stockholm Exchange will from February 1 be made in the short name STEK.
