Communiqué from Skanditek's Annual General Meeting On Skanditek´s Annual General Meeting yesterday April 15, 2004 was among other things the following decided: - No dividend to the shareholders will be paid - Re-election of the Board Members Johan Björkman, Dag Tigerschiöld, Patrik Tigerschiöld, Mathias Uhlén and Mikael Gottschlich and election of Viveca Ax:son Johnson och Sven Hagströmer, in accordance with proposal from the Nominations Committee. - As Nominations Committee was re-elected Tomas Fisher and Dag Tigerschiöld and election of Bob Persson - The Board was authorized to, with exception from the shareholders right of priority, up to the time of next AGM to decide of issue of new shares not exceeding five million shares. Such new issue may be paid by capital contributed in kind. - Authorize the Board to make decisions regarding the acquisition and transfer of Company shares. On Board meeting following election, Dag Tigerschiöld was elected as Chairman of the Board.
