Communiqué from Skanditek's Annual General Meeting On Skanditek's Annual General Meeting yesterday March 23, 2001 was among other things the following decided: - Dividend to shareholders is paid with SEK 0.20 per share, corresponding to MSEK 11.6, in accordance with proposal from the Board. Record day will be on Tuesday March 27 and payment planned on Friday March 30. - Re-election of the Board Members Johan Björkman, Gunnar Ekdahl, Dag Tigerschiöld, Patrik Tigerschiöld and Mathias Uhlén, in accordance with proposal from the Nomina-tions Committee. - As Nominations Committee was re-elected Gunnar Ekdahl, Tomas Fischer and Dag Ti-gerschiöld. - The Board was authorized to, with exception from the shareholders right of priority, up to the time of next AGM to decide of issue of new shares not exceeding five million shares. Such new issue may be paid by capital contributed in kind. On Board meeting following election, Johan Björkman was re-elected as Chairman of the Board.
