Skanditek has aquired 7,000,000 warrants in Bure Equity AB (publ). In total Skanditek holds 63,240,000 shares and 67,390,000 warrants in Bure Equity. Skanditek’s holding in Bure, after the transaction mentioned above, amounts to 10.1 percent after dilution of the companies share capital and number of votes.
