Disclosure notice: Skanditek holds 16.4 percent of Bure Equity

Skanditek has used the subscription rights from its holding of warrants in Bure Equity AB (publ) and subscribed 107,552,000 shares in Bure Equity AB (publ).

Skanditek’s holding in Bure, after the transaction mentioned above, amounts to 184,267,000 sharescorresponding to 16.4 percent of the Company´s share capital and number of votes, according to todays press release from Bure.

In respect of repurchased shares by Bure Equity, Skanditek´s holding amounts to 17.3 percent of the company´s share capital and number of votes. Bure Equity is listed on the OMX Nordic Mid-Cap list.Stockholm, June 25, 2007
