Official disclosure of significant shareholding: Skanditek’s shareholding in AcadeMedia amounts to 13.8 percent

The information was submitted for disclosure on November 18, 2008 at 10.30 a.m. CET.

At an extraordinary general meeting of Bure shareholders held on November 6, 2008, it was resolved that Bure’s entire holding of shares in AcadeMedia AB (publ) would be distributed to Bure shareholders in accordance with Sweden’s Lex-Asea rule. 10 Bure shares would carry entitlement to one Series B AcadeMedia share.

Skanditek holds 16,735,524 Bure shares, corresponding to 19.9 percent of the share capital and voting rights.

Following Bure’s distribution of the AcadeMedia shares to Bure shareholders, Skanditek today received 1,673,552 Series B AcadeMedia shares, corresponding to 13.8 percent of the share capital and voting rights in the company.
