Release concerning divestment of large shareholding: Intra-Group exchange of shares; Skanditek sells 24.5 percent of PartnerTech to wholly owned subsidiary

Yesterday, Skanditek implemented an intra-Group exchange of shares. Skanditek sold 2,878,384 PartnerTech shares to its wholly owned subsidiary G Kallstrom & Co. Skanditek, including its wholly owned subsidiary G Kallstrom & Co, own an unchanged 4,552,600 PartnerTech shares and their combined holdings represent 38.7 percent of the company’s share capital and voting rights after full exercise of warrants outstanding. The intra-Group transaction does not give rise to a requirement to make an offer for all of the shares in PartnerTech.
