Release concerning divestment of large shareholding: Skanditek sells 15.6 percent of Axis

Yesterday, Skanditek, including its wholly owned subsidiary G Kallstrom, sold a total of 10,756,957 Axis shares. In conjunction with the above transaction, an intra-Group exchange of shares was implemented, whereby Skanditek acquired 8,429,553 Axis shares from its wholly owned subsidiary G Kallstrom & Co. Thereafter, Skanditek owns a total of 482,808 Axis shares, which jointly represent 0.7 percent of the company’s share capital and voting rights after full exercise of warrants outstanding.
