Skanditek increases its holding in Theducation

Skanditek has acquired a further 16% of the shares in Theducation AB from the former co-owner, the Foundation Bokförlaget Natur och Kultur. Skanditek’s holding prior to the acquisition was 46%, which means that following the supplementary acquisition completed today Theducation switches from being an associated company to a subsidiary. Following the acquisition, Skanditek’s holding in Theducation amounts to 62%.

Theducation’s sales in 2007 amounted to SEK 126 million, generating an operating loss of SEK 3 million.
