Communiqué from the Annual General Meeting 2025 of Skanska Financial Services AB (publ)

In accordance with the Board of Directors’ proposal, the Annual General Meeting in Skanska Financial Services AB (publ) has resolved on customary decisions and to pay a dividend of SEK 200M, equivalent to SEK 400 per share, to the sole shareholder Skanska AB (publ). The payment of the dividend has been executed.

This is information that Skanska Financial Services AB (publ) is obliged to make public pursuant to Nasdaq Stockholm’s Rule Book for Issuers of Fixed Income Instruments.
