The Board of Directors proposes that the Annual General Meeting on April 5, 2023, resolves to pay a dividend to the sole shareholder Skanska AB (publ) of SEK 250M, equivalent to SEK 500 per share. If the meeting resolves in accordance with the proposal, the dividend is expected to be distributed on April 5, 2023.
