AB Industrivärden requests reclassification of A shares to B shares

AB Industrivärden has submitted a request to Skanska to reclassify 2,302,756 Skanska A shares to the comparable number of B shares. As a result of the reclassification, Industrivärden’s share of voting rights declines from 29.3 percent to 26.9 percent.
