Ann-Marie Hedbeck new Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs at Skanska

Ann-Marie Hedbeck has been appointed the new Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs at Skanska AB, effective June 1, 2012. Ann-Marie Hedbeck is currently the General Counsel at Skanska Sweden.

She has worked at Skanska as a company lawyer since 2000 and served as General Counsel at Skanska Sweden for the past two years. From April 1, 2012, Ann-Marie Hedbeck will work in parallel with the current Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs, Einar Lundgren, who will take contractual retirement from June 1, 2012.

As a result of her good leadership skills, team spirit, values and energy, Ann-Marie will be a major asset in the continued development of Skanska," says Johan Karlström, Skanska’s President and CEO.

Ann-Marie Hedbeck will succeed Einar Lundgren, who has worked at Skanska for 19 years, the last 17 as the Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs at Skanska AB.
