Comment on today's article in Swedish financial daily, Dagens Industri In respect of today's press article about a future change of president at Skanska AB, Sverker Martin-Löf, Skanska's Chairman, provides the following clarification: "Claes Björk has announced that he does not intend to extend his employment contract, which expires in July 2003. Accordingly, the Board has decided to commence a recruitment process aimed at finding a successor in good time, so that the changeover can be implemented in a well-planned manner.
