Conversion of shares A number of holders of Series A shares in Skanska AB have filed notice that they desire to apply the new provisions in Skanska's Articles of Association which provide holders of Series A shares the possibility to convert their shares to Series B shares. In total, this involves 1,790 A shares that shall be converted to Series B shares.
