Correction – Conversion of shares in Skanska AB

Please note this correction to Skanska’s press release titled “Conversion of shares in Skanska AB” which was distributed on the 28thof May 2014. 

Correct information is as follows:

During May 2014, no Series A shares were converted to Series B shares and registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office.

The total number of votes in the company totaled 599,112,431.

The total number of registered shares in the company amounted to 419,903,072, of which 19,912,151 Series A shares, and 399,990,921 Series B shares.
