EU approves purchase of Scancem The anti-trust authorities of the European Union approved Heidelberger Zement's purchase of Skanska AB's and Aker RGI's shares in Scancem. The approval removes all reservations regarding the sales agreement. The sale is expected to be finalized at the end of July.
