Invitation In conjunction with the release on Thursday, April 25, of the first quarter report of 2002, you are invited to participate in a Telephone conference, April 25 The telephone conference begins at CET 1.30 pm (UK 12.30 pm, US Eastern 07.30 am). Skanska´s President och CEO Claes Björk, Hans Biörck, Chief Financial Officer and Peter Wallin, Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, will at this time present the report and thereafter respond to questions. Due to the start time of the Shareholders meeting the same day, the time limit for the telephone conference is set to 45 minutes and there will only be possibility to follow the conference by telephone.
