Invitation to press- and telephone conference regarding Skanska’s Nine Month Report on November 4

Skanska’s Nine Month Report 2010 will be presented on Thursday, November 4, 2010.

In conjunction with the release of the report, you are invited to participate in a combined press- and telephone conference, at 11.00 am (UK 10.00 am, US Eastern 05.00 am).

The press- and telephone conference will be held at Spårvagnshallarna, Birger Jarlsgatan 57 A in Stockholm. Johan Karlström, Skanska’s President and CEO and Hans Biörck, CFO, will present the report and thereafter respond to questions. After the press conference a light meal will be served.

The press conference will be webcast live at
www.skanska.com/investors, where also a video of the conference will be available.
