Invitation to press- and telephone conference regarding Skanska’s Three Month Report May 10

Skanska’s Three Month Report 2012 will be presented on Thursday, May 10, 2012.

In conjunction with the release of the report, you are invited to participate in a combined press- and telephone conference, at 14.00 (UK 13.00, US Eastern 09.00).

The press- and telephone conference will be held at Scandic Anglais Hotel, Humlegårdsgatan 23, Stockholm, Sweden. Johan Karlström, Skanska’s President and CEO and Peter Wallin, CFO, will present the report and thereafter respond to questions.

The press conference will be webcast live at www.skanska.com/investors, where also a video of the conference will be available.
