Richard Kennedy new Business Unit President Skanska USA Building

Richard Kennedy has been appointed Business Unit President Skanska USA Building. He will take on his new position as of November 16. 

Richard Kennedy has been with the company for 12 years. He has been the Chief Operating Officer for the Metro New York region since 2009. In that position he has played a key role in winning major projects such as the 4 billion dollar redevelopment of LaGuardia Airport Terminal B, and he has overseen the successful execution of complex projects such as the United Nations Headquarters Renovation, the World Trade Center Transportation HUB and MetLife Stadium. Richard succeeds Bill Flemming who will leave Skanska.
