Robert Ward new Business Unit President for Skanska Commercial Development USA
Robert Ward has been appointed Business Unit President for Skanska Commercial Development USA. He will take on his new position effective July 13, 2017.
Robert has worked for Skanska since 2002. He has been an integral part of Skanska Commercial Development USA since its start. He has led both our Washington DC and Houston, Texas markets and delivered our first US commercial development project. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for key elements of US Commercial Development operations including investment review, leasing, new markets and professional service functions. Prior to his roles in Commercial Development, Robert served as a vice president with Skanska USA Building.
Robert will report to Claes Larsson, Executive Vice President, Skanska AB. Robert replaces Shawn Hurley, who has decided to leave Skanska.
