Roger Bayliss new Senior Vice President Operational Efficiency at Skanska

Roger Bayliss has been appointed Senior Vice President Operational Efficiency at Skanska. Roger will begin his new position February 1 and will report to Mats Williamson, Executive Vice President Skanska AB. 

Roger Bayliss has held different positions within Skanska since 2007, among others Project Director for the Barts & The London hospital project, EVP Business Improvement and CFO, all for Skanska UK. In the newly created position he will focus on how projects and the project organization can become more efficient, profitable and customer oriented.

”Roger has thorough experience from projects, line operations and cross unit collaboration on all levels within Skanska. He is analytical and structured and has with his extensive experience, both in the UK and internationally, been instrumental in developing the focus area of operational excellence”, says Mats Williamson.
