On February 8th, 2021, Sanna-Mari Pöyhtäri will take over as the new Senior Vice President for Financial Support & Analysis at Skanska Group.

Sanna-Mari Pöyhtäri has extensive experience of similar work, most recently in the role of Finance Business Partner at Skanska Group and before that in Skanska's Swedish operations. Sanna-Mari also has experience from other industries such as the metal and mining company Boliden, where she has worked in both Finland and Sweden.

She will report to Skanska Group's CFO Magnus Persson.

“I am glad that Sanna-Mari is stepping into the role of SVP for FS&A. Sanna-Mari's good knowledge of Skanska's operations, financial and commercial understanding as well as analytical ability means that she will be able to develop FS&A's role and in the long run contribute to the Skanska Group's development in a positive way”, says Magnus Persson.

Sanna-Mari Pöyhtäri replaces Caroline Walméus, who will take on the role as CFO for Skanska Commercial Development Europe on 6th February 2021. Caroline has in a very appreciated way led FS&A with a focus on the issues that are important for Skanska's long-term value creation, with a sound understanding of both the Group and the various business units.

“I am very excited to take on another role at Skanska, a company I have come to enjoy very much. The task as Senior Vice President for Financial Support & Analysis spans across of all Skanska's business areas and I look forward to continuing to develop our business follow-up together with my competent colleagues”, says Sanna-Mari Pöyhtäri.
